• Payment is due per the terms agreed upon at checkout or by invoice.
• Late payments may incur a finance charge of up to 1.5% per month or the maximum rate allowed by law.
• You agree to pay all collection costs, including reasonable attorney's fees, in the event of nonpayment.

4. Delivery and Shipping

• Delivery dates are estimates only. Western Dovetail is not liable for delays beyond our control.
• LTL and freight deliveries assume commercial access unless otherwise arranged.
• Residential or liftgate services require advance notice and may incur additional fees.
• Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment.

5. Warranty and Returns

• Western Dovetail drawers are guaranteed to meet the specifications published on our product pages.
• Drawers damaged in shipment will be replaced at no charge if reported within 7 days of receipt.
• All drawers are warranted for the life of the original installation, up to 20 years, under normal use.
• This warranty does not cover misuse, alteration, or reinstallation in other cabinetry.

6. Return and Refund Policy

Custom Orders

Due to the custom nature of our dovetail drawers, orders cannot be returned once production has begun unless the product is defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Products

• Report damage or defects within 7 days of receipt
• We will replace damaged or defective drawers at no charge

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was ours

Order Cancellations

• Orders may be cancelled before production begins
• Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible
• Contact us immediately if you need to cancel an order

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Western Dovetail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific goods or services in question.
