Pull-out Drawers
Pull-outs are available with the following options:
Basic
Premium
Lip Front
Under-Mount with lip front
Deluxe Under-Mount

Note 1: When using Under-Mount hardware on pull-outs, the difference in the thickness of the font and the size should be added to the length of the drawer.
Scooped Fronts:

A) Ogee scoop
B) Crescent scoop
C) Shallow U scoop
D) Deep U scoop


Note 2: Custom scoops can be made from your drawing or template for an additional Set-Up fee. Price per drawer may vary.
Note 3: When specifying pull-outs use the combination of all the letters used on this page. A lip-font pull-out with a crescent scoop and a tapered side and a 3" tall front would be listed as P3BT3 on the order form.
Tapered Sides:

Tapered side pull-outs can have any height front and any height back up to 20". Always list the tallest dimension on the order form line item.

T) Diagonal taper - (Specify front height)
Example: T4 would have tapered sides with a 4 1/4" high front
HT) Diagonal taper Half the length of side - (Specify front height)
You can also specify how far back from the front edge the taper starts
S) Scalloped taper - (Specify front height)
Example: S2 would have scalloped sides with a 2 1/4" heigh front

File drawers can be made in any configuration and the rails can be cut in and provided with the order. Custom pullouts can be ordered in a variety of designs with scoops, lips and tapered side profiles. Drawers can even be made with curved fronts dovetailed at any angle.



Corner Drawers, Curved Drawers and more...
Western Dovetail has unveiled a whole new line of space saving drawer solutions. Three different corner drawers to choose from. The Chevron Corner Drawer is a new design for the . The new drawer optimizes the space for utensils. Curved front drawers can now be made at any angle with fronts or backs made to the curved profile or radius of the customer’s choice. Drawers can also be made at any angle with true dovetails made to fit perfectly. Curved front drawers can also be used in corners with a concave curved front.


Drawer Tip
Always specify when a drawer will be used for a unique application even if it seems like a regular drawer.
