    Western Dovetail Incorporated produces high quality custom-made dovetail drawers for cabinetmakers and woodworkers across the country. Standard Features include 5/8" thick hard maple or western maple sides and 3/8" thick maple plywood bottoms on fully assembled and finished drawers. We have many distinctive options available for File Drawers, Drawer Bottoms, Top Edge Details, Dividers, Grooves and Slots. Pull-Outs, roll-outs and trays can be ordered with a variety of special details such as; scooped fronts for hand pulls or tapered sides for improved looks and function. Each drawer is custom made to the exact size needed. The friendly and knowledgeable staff at Western Dovetail can help you determine the best specifications for your project if you need assistance. Standard lead-time is only 5 days, and orders with custom options ship in 7-10 days. Drawer orders can be shipped anywhere in the U.S.A. via UPS or common carrier. Complete machining is available for Blum Tandem and other Under-Mount Hardware. We can also supply drawer slides with your drawers for your convenience.

    Drawers can be ordered completely assembled or RTA (ready to assemble), with or without finish. Custom machining for under-mount hardware
Western Dovetail was the first to offer custom machining for concealed drawer runners. Under-mount hardware requires precision machining such as notching and drilling and specific bottom placement. This company can notch, drill, and install locking devices for any major brand of under-mount hardware. The staff at Western Dovetail can help calculate the drawer sizes using the customer’s cabinet openings, combined with the hardware specifications to determine the required dimensions. Major brands of drawer slides are stocked in-house and can be shipped with the drawers including conventional side mount slides.

Please use a Western Dovetail Order Form. Check all of the appropriate boxes on the form and fill in the proper mailing and shipping info. If the job is too complicated to fit on the form, include additional pages for drawings and explain the details in writing. Any details discussed on the phone should be verified in writing and should appear on the quote.
